As a goodwill gesture and to support the success of our trading relationship, we may exchange products with new designs at our discretion.


A minimum postage and handling charge of $10 + GST applies to addresses in Auckland, $17.50 + GST within the rest of New Zealand. Spinners’ postage and handling is $60 + GST, offset with 12 FREE cards. For other display stands (including counter spinners), postage & handling is $20 + GST, offset with 6 FREE cards.

Claims and returns

We are very particular about maintaining the highest standards of quality across our merchandise. However, if goods arrive damaged, claims must be made within 7 days. Returns need to be authorised by your sales representative or Affirmations.
